i can't find a break or a short....i guess my pic is fried....i have to start all over again...huhu!!!i'll keep you posted...hope when i rebuild i will get everything okey...

You can take a picture of your board (the copper side) and post it here, or upload it somewhere (preferably in high resolution) and give us a link.

here's a link to pictures of my pcb board...hope you can see something because i'm about to start mounting in a new one if i can't fix this one...i've also posted below a picture of parts i ommitted...because i'm only planning on using my megadrum with my pc...will this affect the outcome of my built that's why i can't program my pic?..

Two things come to mind immediately on possible problems. You soldering is atrocious! It doesn't look like you used enough heat to get your solder to flow properly (your joints should be nice and shiny, and they should be volcano shaped not ball shaped) so it is very possible that you have some cold joints there. I would go back and use a solder sucker and remove a lot of your excess solder and with some flux paste, reheat your joints except those that are on the IC and other heat susceptible components.

The other thing is that you need to get some isopropyl alcohol and clean all of the flux off of your board. It is very possible that you are getting some cross voltages whether you are reading any or not. Once you have done those two things it is very possible that you may solve your problems.

Somehow I felt that soldering was to blame for these problems. I guess it's a good practice to ask someone in trouble to post photos of their PCB-s.

sorry for the bad soldering... ...i'll start mounting on a new pcb and do a better job...if i omit the parts i marked will i have to omit some resistors or capacitors?..

So, you don't want the keyboard, encoders, LCD module and MIDI I/O. You can omit the following (check the schematic/board for details):

Resistors: R15, R16, R17, R19, R20, R21, R23, R24, R25
Diodes: D2 (1N4148)
Capacitors: C9
Chips: U1 (6N138N)
Connectors: P2, CN2, CN3, CN5
