Well, guess what. I've washed the board with PLAIN WATER with some soap. Dried it with a fan. Plugged into USB. And WHAM!!! USB device found & recognized. I would add this to the FAQ.

P.S. I'd seen some weird ass shit in my time, but this...

Glad you got it. Like I said, I have had some weird results when the board is not clean. You never know if a dribble of solder or just the flux itself is causing a short.

Hi,

I programmed my PIC with no errors, but when i put PCB in the USB nothing happend. I try to programmed it again but, have errors. If i try again i programmed with no errors. It one can be programmed and once no. And when it is programmed nothing happend or the windows message my device is 'unknown or cripple device'. Could you help me? What can i do?

1. Make sure you've programmed a firmware matching PIC's crystal frequency.
2. Look for electrical errors on the board - shorts (including hair thin shorts), breaks, mismatched parts nominals.

I have 12 Mhz crystal and i use 12 Mhz firmware.
I check PCB with multimeter and it is ok.

I check it again and all is correct, but still i can't program my PIC.

I use PIC18LF2550.

Once I programmed it but when i put USB cable nothing happend. I want to program it again but winpic show programming errors.

The intermittent success of programming hints either at bad connections or the COM port problem. Once programmed, don't re-program it again.
