Try updating the firmware via MIDI-OX or Dmitri's update tool.

In order to update the firmware (with the bootloader in place) you need to boot MegaDrum with the left key pressed. You should see the bootloader menu on screen. Also the MIDI activity LED should flash repeatedly. If none of this is happening during boot-up with left key pressed, then there is some problem with ATMega/its firmware. If you see blinking LED but there is no text on the LCD, then there is some problem with the LCD and/or with the connection between ATMega→LCD.

I updated Megadrum with left key pressed and LED flash repeatedly, but it's nothing on LCD, during and after updating.
And all connections between Amtega and LCD are correct.

I checked the voltage values on my LCD. LCD is highlighted. The voltage between pin 15 and 16 is 4V, voltage between pin 1 and 2 is 0V and voltage between pin 1 and 3 is 0V. All connections with PCB are ok, and values of elements too.

Which ATMega model are you using? What crystal clocks ATMega?

And according to viewtopic.php?f=3&t=352 what voltage there should be?

With this approach you won't solve your problems. It is either 5V there or not now.

And connections are ok.

If there is no 5V there connections are definitely not ok.

I second that. If there is 0V between pins 1 and 2 then there is a problem either in the connecting cables or on the board.
