Now I need to find proper packaging material but there is no way I can do it now and so I won't be able to send the chips tomorrow, apologies. I promise to send all the chips on Friday.

Take your time, Dmitri. I personally can wait as long as it takes. That's not to say that I completely lack curiosity though :-)

Anyway, I think we would rather get a working MCU from you than a quick disappointment. Thus the delay is completely justified.

And now I've received it too! I've got a socket for my MCU.
I wonder it it's easy to only use fingers when removing my old MCU from the socket or if I have to use any tools. If I remember correctly I had to press it down pretty hard when I put it into place when I built my Megadrum. I don't want to break anything

Edit:
I'm fighting with my old MCU right now. It's stuck to it's socket like crazy.

Get a really small flat tip screwdriver and insert it in one end between the MCU and the socket. Work it gently until that end comes up. Then do the same on the other end and work it slowly up. Then grab both ends with your fingers and wiggle up and down until the MCU comes completely loose.

Thanks Jman! Always to the rescue :) The screwdriver did the trick. Fingers not recommended!
I've now managed to remove and replace my old MCU with the new one and updated the firmware to the latest encrypted firmware! Behold MegaDrum fellows!:

My 2 ATmegas arrived today, I will test them later, but I'm sure that everything will be ok.
