Have no idea what you mean by "jack1", "channel 2" and "it's not working" and how a not working hihat pedal is related to "kick input is not working".
We are going in circles and it is not making it simple to help you.

This is why I recommend posting a photo of your analogue board. Try to make it as clear as possible. In the previous thread where an "automatic MIDI signal" problem was discussed there is a couple of pictures, but I'd like to see new ones focused on the analogue board.

When you touch pin 13 of the first MUXer with screwdrive i seen reaction in the kick and sometime hihatpedal VU-meter.

If you touch pin 3 of the first MUXer do you see activity an all first 8 VU-meters (4 top and 4 bottom VU-meters)?
If this is the case then it is definitely one of the causes listed in viewtopic.php?p=15140#p15140

Check your jack and cable, since everything else seems to be in order.

i changed d9,d10 diode and r18 but kick input still not working.

Why did you change d9, d10 and R18? Were they faulty?
Apart from suggestions I've already given on how to fix the issue I cannot think of any other suggestions. It is still one of these:

1. a break/short on this input.
2. R18 is much higher than 100 Ohm.
3. D9 and/or D10 are faulty or soldered with reverse polarity.

Bad weather, constant sun storm. I'm out of realistic ideas why your kick input is not working. Use any other input for kick, thankfully MegaDrum has plenty of them.
