Operation voltage and signal sampling frequency of 74HC485?

What is the operation voltage range and signal sampling frequency of the 74HC4851 when used with megadrum644_20_56_20101204.bin firmware and Atmega644-20PU?

I will have all 4 positional sensing settings pads enabled and InputsPriority enabled.

The signal sampling frequency changes dynamically but always within 74HC4851 specifications.
By the operational voltage I guess you mean the input voltage. In this case the voltage range of the input signal depends on the source impedance. With the zero source impedance the input voltage should not exceed 5V. The higher source impedance the high input voltage can be when measured unloaded on the input.
