I have one question.

Should Ride bell be considered as Edge or Rim?
Quite confusing.. ;)

On cymbals Bell is treated as Head on drum pads and Edge is treated as Rim and vice versa.

I usually play Bow or bell on the ride.
In the megadrum menu there's RideB and RideE. Is RideB bell and RideE Bow?

I think that's correct. E might stand for edge?

Also, there was something I was wondering about when I looked at the documentation. How do you wire the ground for each input? I see the tip and rim, but none of the sleeves.

Is there any other way but connect them to the ground?

hahaha. I was just about to edit my post. After looking at the schematics again, I finally understood how it should be wired. I thought that each jack input needed to be separately connected to ground. Now I understand that they can be all connected together. It doesn't matter which ground I use (pin1, 2, 21, 22, 39, 40) right? Basically I can wire all the sleeves from the inputs together (is that called in "series"?) and then connect it to one of the ground pins, right?

Correct. Use a wire as thick as possible:)

If all goes well I will get my pcb's for my stereoconnectors tomorrow and that's all that's left to fix.
