Total to pay over Paypal: £15.03 x 1.05 = £15.80

Uninsured postage to US, Canada, South America and the rest of the world:
Total to pay over Paypal: £12.03 x 1.05 = £12.60

Insured postage to US, Canada, South America and the rest of the world:
Total to pay over Paypal: £16.03 x 1.05 = £16.80

If you are after 2 chips the costs are:

Uninsured postage to EU, Russia (and maybe CIS countries):
Total to pay over Paypal: £19.06 x 1.05 = £20.00

Insured postage to EU, Russia (and maybe CIS countries):
Total to pay over Paypal: £23.06 x 1.05 = £24.20

Uninsured postage to US, Canada, South America and the rest of the world:
Total to pay over Paypal: £20.06 x 1.05 = £21.00

Insured postage to US, Canada, South America and the rest of the world:
Total to pay over Paypal: £24.06 x 1.05 = £25.20

Individually, e.g if you don't want to wait for the bulk order to complete, each chip costs £4 more.
