Did you find the problem you had with your Piezo?
With what CNC have you engraved your PCB?
Is it possible to get the Kicad Files?

Boards are made by using Photoresist Spray on copper ,exposed on a home made LED UV box then put in a developer and finally etched with Ferric Chloride, I tried every other process and this is the one that the easiest to replicate. The key is in the exposure, overexpose if necessary and experiment with different times. I have completely redesigned all but the digital board for connection with 34 way idc and where a few items where too close, I'm nearly finished so do not know yet whether the problem will re occur. I'll post the kicad files soon.

Updated output board the jack sockets are now stereo not mono
