It says i have 13 ports when i select 13, it says have 12 The megadrum is at 20 mhz, I pressed down after frequency
I have 32 input, I thought it would be 128 type, either way, when i run both the 128 and 64 after selecting the midi ports it just sticks on the transferring 0 %

1. I still don't see what MIDI Out port you selected - I have no idea what port number 13 corresponds to. Do you know how to make windows in windows bigger to fit more in it?
2. You must not guess what MCU you have - you have already introduced way too many unknowns. It's not helping. If you bought the module from me then I told you in e-mail when I sent it what MCU, Atmega644 or Atmega1284, it has.

I think you may have sent email to an old account that I can no longer get into atm, whilst I am trying to access that, let me try and clarify the midi situation.

I had already tried going with the 128 as this is what I thought I had.

Initially it showed I had 13 ports, made up of microsoft gs wavetable synth , multiple midi yoke, my pci cards midi (delta), port 11 loopbe internal midi, port 12 megadrum usb midi, and port 13 MIDIIN2 ( megadrum usb midi) on both pic I have selected midi port 13 first to show you when selected it brings up a new list of 12, omitting microsoft gs wavetable synth (can be seen better in pic 2). whatever I select next be it port 12 megadrum usb midi or port 13 MIDIIN2 results in the same hanging transfer 0%

To eliminate the misbehaving of your PC I would suggest you to repeat the procedure on another PC. Make sure:
1. You follow the procedure from the first post exactly.
2. It comes from the above but I point out it again nevertheless - firmware file must match MCU in your MegaDrum.
3. There is a way to capture just an active window instead of a whole desktop - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/173884

Ok, went to friend's house to try on his pc, no joy, but I think I might know what's wrong. I haven't loaded the hex file for the usb midi firmware. I am struggling trying to get into old account with details, is there anyway you could tell me which hex file to use, how to use it, if I am 128 or 64 and what mcu I have?

Your PC detects MegaDrum over USB fine so it has nothing to do with USB MIDI firmware.

Without knowing your name and when you bought it I cannot tell you if your MegaDrum has Atmega644 or Atmega1284.

In that case, that is the one I have been trying, and after trying at another pc, all I can think of sending it back to you to have a look at?

You can certainly send it back for checking. PM me to arrange it. But seeing how many times you did something wrong I highly doubt the problem is in the module.
