So the problem was in the setting of "Max input"?

Yes and No...

When I initially rebooted Megadrum holding the 'right button' to return to default settings, I did not change 'MaxInput' to 56 as I should have, and the result was that, by not making that change, I wouldn't see any signal from 'Aux 1' and up. That was an error on my part.

After realizing that I needed to do that, I then changed 'MaxInput' to 56, and the original problem with input 11 (Aux 1) went away, until I reloaded my .mds file into MDM and pressed 'Send All' within the pads configuration. It then made that input useless again.

I decided to try again and sent my .mds configurations to each pad one by one, testing that pad on input 11 each time I made a change in hopes to find the problem, but it all is still working correctly. I still have not pressed 'Send All' within MDM, as that was causing input 11 to stop working.

Maybe your .mds has MaxInputs set to 18? When you do SendAll, GlobalMisc, including MaxInputs, is sent to MegaDrum. When you send one pad at a time, you don't send GlobalMisc so the problem doesn't reappear.

Ok I see what may have happened. I will double check all my settings and save them accordingly. The weird part is though, that input 11 is the only one that doesn't work when I do this, and the rest are fine.
