map drums to hydrogen

Does anybody know what could be wrong if i get the same sound on every drum?

I am using hydrogen as drumsampler and it gets the midi signal but does alsways play the same sound. I thought this can't be a big problem, and is easy to fix by editing some settings, but im driving crazy because a cant find any information about this problem.

So does anybody has a good idea what could be wrong?
Do i have to fix some MD settings or is the problem rather at the samplingsoftware.
