The intermediate positions range is between ~7 and ~120. Beyond those positions should be recognised as fully ope/closed.

OK, now I´m configuring the Kickdrum (14" Meshhead), but sometimes I get CC: Foot Controller displayed in MIDILog between hits.

First I thought it is a crosstriggering from the HHPedal, but obviously it´s not.

Why would I need CC Data on the Kickdrum Channel ? Is this caused when the Beater stays too long on the Meshhead or what ?

MIDI CC4 (Foot controller) messages may only come from the HiHat pedal. If you get these messages without touching the HiHat pedal than it means you set either LowLowel or HighLevel (or both) of the HiHat pedal close to thresholds.
Either raise LowLevel or lower HighLevel or do both.

Try to use the HighImpedance inputs (remember to set AltIn to Yes) , or try to increase step by step the threshold of Kick input ,my friend had similar problem like yours, increasing the threshold of kickdrum the problem had disappeard ( around value 12 )
