Strange problem when hitting pad

Hi

My friend have a strange problem when hitting pad, actually kick, dual zone snare, dual zone ride and four tom are plugged into megadrum. All works good but when he hit the kick generate a note on on snare and some note on on the ride...

How is possible to solve?

is a problem of threshold ?

The kick with gain 0 and highlvl auto to yes send a 980...

The trs jack are new, i hope for your solution.

1. Load the latest firmware version.
2. Check wiring, wires screening.
3. Mechanically isolate crosstalk triggering pads from kick. This is most effective way to avoid crosstalk.
4. Raise Threshold on crosstalk triggering inputs.
5. Raise XTalk suppression level on crosstalk triggering inputs.

I've tryed all but not solve the problem, i've tried even "inputs priority" and "all gain low" but nothing.
The unique solution is to connect the kick and the ride into other inputs, in my case kick on aux6 and ride aux7

Well after this i don't understand the problem, it is possible that the problem is in the jack socket of megadrum ? Repeat, the problem appear only when the snare and/or the ride as plugged, the kick works good if these two pad are unplugged... why?
Four tom (single piezo) are plugged and works perfectly even with hard hit

A voltage divider on the kick can solve the problem? The highlvl is quite high (980) ...

2. electromagnetic interference due to bad screening and/or bad wiring.

I also had a similar problem earlier...and I was after much work seeking after the problem able to track it down to a faulty cymbal PAD with a switch which seems to had gone totally bananas... however - I have actually not digged in any deeper to this, if the PAD is faultly...or if the input has any problems etc...but I will!

Yes , i know, but not is normal , the ride is the next input previous the snare, but the kick have the same interference and is cabled at the beginning and do not know how it can interfere

1. Are impossible, if i try to hit the rack of drumset the kick or the ride not send anything
2. I doubt,the wiring is correct ( no bad soldering,short etc) , if i really have a electromagnetic interference i think the problem appear on any input jack, but if i plug the kick and the ride on aux6 or aux7 the problem disappear...it sound very strange.

What do you mean exactly for wiring screening? I used a classic flat ribbon cable soldered on each jack
