e-cymbal with 2 piezo & 1 fsr sensor for choke function

Postby krickgpe » Wed Jun 12, 2013 8:02 pm

Hi,
In the case of a cymbal with 2 piezo + fsr sensor for the choke function :
A trigger to the bell sound and the second trigger to the cymbal sound.
The piezo cymbal is connected to the input of the Head module.
The piezo of the bell is connected to the input of the Rim through keith's circuit (essential to trigger a switch its input).
And Fsr sensor is connected it directly on the Rim of the input module.
Is this connection can work with MD ?
Thanks

I try, but it doesn't work...only head sound on the 2 piezo and the fsr don't do the choke function in this case...

Because I don't have a cymbal like yours I can only suggest you to simulate a Yamaha 3 zone cymbal design as close as possible and the follow http://www.megadrum.info/content/settin ... one-cymbal to configure it.
