How to set the sensitivity?

Postby mtl_niko » Wed Jun 19, 2013 11:09 pm

Hi, a week ago that I have the megadrum and I have a problem, I can not set the sensitivity of each pad. for example, the snare sounds perfect, beating slowly, sounds slowly and hit strong, sounds strong. My problem starts in the bass drum, playing fast or slow there beats that do not sound.
Before having the megadrum, had a dm5 no big deal, but I could put more sensitivity to each pad and sounded perfect.
Help me please, I can not wait any longer to play!

Hi!

There is a nice post about how to make your mesh head pads to trigger perfect. Follow Dmitri's advice in the post which shows up directly when clicking on the link. viewtopic.php?p=20543#p20543

I am guessing you will receive great results. In general talking about the kickdrum you would need to increase the minscan parameter to about 100 to be able to get all the hits.

On the input you're having problem with, what are the following settings?

1. Curve
2. ComprLvl
3. LvlShift
4. Threshold
5. Gain
6. HiLvlAuto
7. HighLevel
