keith raper's 3 zone circuit / choke?

Can I add a choke to KR's 3 zone cymbal circuit for megadrum?

I know only about 2 zone keith raper's circuit. in that case you can simple connect a switch on the edge input to serve as a choke switch.

Connect the switch between collector and emitter of TR2 or of TR1.
I guess you know that your biggest problem will be achieving physical separation between piezos.

This circuit does not work for crosstalk problems?

Of course not! The keith raper's circuit is a cheap simulation of a piezo/switch cymbal using a piezo/piezo cymbal. The main advantage of a piezo/switch design is virtually zero crosstalk between bow (piezo) and edge(switch) zones. With the keith raper's circuit both piezos are on the same mechanical surface and it will be very hard to isolate zones resulting in high level of crosstalk.

Does the Kieth Raper Circuit (KRC) help for a dIY A2E cymbal? (i.e. All the components are on the same surface)
Does the megadrum (I think, any TMI) have difficulty with more than one piezo detecting vibration on a single surface? (until recently, I thought it detects the timing difference between two, or more piezos? Or is it the relative strengths? I am interested to know how the megadrum decodes this) When I switch to single zone, I get improvement in dynamics.
Thus is it advantageous to add a KRC to this type of cymbal for the megadrun? Or, would it be best to make the other zones (bell/edge) as only a mechanical switch. In short, what is the best approach for this type of constraint?

A real piezo/switch pad/cymbal is better then Kieth Raper Circuit. "The keith raper's circuit is a cheap simulation of a piezo/switch cymbal using a piezo/piezo cymbal."
