Hello, I would like to know, how we configure the cymbal three zones with notes and switch.

If it uses a single stereo cable then most likely it is a Yamaha style 3 zone cymbal and you configure it as such.
If it uses two stereo cables then most likely it is a Roland style 3 zone cymbal and again you configure it accordingly .
