Here are the settings. I have trouble understanding the following midi mapping in drummica and where exactly in mdm I must put them.

60 HiHat pressed
61 HiHat closed
62 HiHat loose
63 HiHat 1/2 open
64 HiHat open
65 HiHat trashopen

They go in the pedal notes settings. As you ony have 4 articulations in MD and drummic'a has 6, I'd leave out 60 and another one and assign the other 4 depending on how they sound. I don't know what "loose" or "trashopen" sound like.

As for your cymbal config - isn't the hi hat a 3-zone cymbal? Anyway, are you sure you have the correct threshold for the edge? Does it send aftertouch messages when you press it? Also, are those highlevels ok? If so, you should untick the HighLvl Auto box. You also seem to have assigned the same note to bow and edge, is this because there is only one articulation in drummic'a?

When setting the high level, tick the auto box and hit the cymbal a few times as hard as you are likely to hit it. If the high level hasn't gone up from 64 the press 'get'. This should be a ball park high level so untick the auto high level box.
I can't really help much with the hi hat as I have an allergy to them.

EDIT
And start off with a linear curve in MD. What you will find is that most libraries (even drum libraries) are assembled by folks using a keyboard and the velocities don't match edrums. The, much vaunted, Martin France drums being a case in point.

koby drums - Triggera krigg/Bix - megadrum - Kontakt........... Samples from all and sundry.

Saying that MD has only 4 articulations that means that it can only recognize 4 midi notes?
As for your second question, yes my hihat is RHH-135 3 zone with two stero cables, 1 for pad and 1 for pedal control.
What exactly do the highlevels stand for?

It stands for the max velocity you are likely to reach.

Any note you want. Usually AltNote and PressrollNote are left equal to the main note.
and midpoint?

For piezo/switch/switch pads/cymbals midpoint and midpoint width are meaningless so they're not adjustable. Instead you adjust 3rd zone Threshold. See BThreshold in http://www.megadrum.info/content/pads-settings
