Guitar Hero pedals?

Hi guys,

so I'm building my first megadrum kit, and looks like it will be quite a mix of everything I can find around. Want to pretty much test how this works, so it's more of a curiosity project than a serious kit.

Been thinking of trying out a pedal from the Guitar Hero kit as my bass drum pedal. It supposedly doesn't make as much noise as the real pedal, and might be pretty easy to find.

Anyone has any experience using that with Mega Drum? Or maybe some of the other toy-pedals out there?

As i unerstand it is not velocity sensing. It will work with MD but is just a switch
