Ok, here you can see the extremely hard hits on the Head, then Rim, then medium hits on the Head....

Seems like good separation but you need to eliminate false double triggering. You need to adjust DynTime and DynLevel for both zones.

...and once more, with the rim cooled with 10k serial resistor:

Hi Dmitri!

I missed your previous post regarding Dynamic Times and Levels... Here are the results:

It's either something obvious that is eluding me or this input is somehow defective... I don't get the same problem on the next input... Later I will try all dual inputs, with PS or not...

1. HighLevel seem to be set artificially - they are the same on both zones.
2. MinScan should be set close/the same on both zones.
3. You need to raise DynLevel/DynTime more.

Hi Dmitri,

Remade the Levels and left the Auto detected value
Minscan is 25 for both Head and Rim
Maxed the Dyn Level and Dyn Time

This behavior is happening on Input 6-7 Tom1; on Input 8-9 Tom2 I don't have this issue...

Last idea: changed to old sampling algorithm, redid max levels, made max Xtalk just for this pad:

May I move the connector with the inputs directly to the mainboard, thus bypassing the PS Board?

I didn't find the schematics of the PS Board, so I'm not sure if the connectors are pin-to-pin compatible...

I strongly believe it's a hardware problem...

I was wrong, looks like it's a corrupted mds file...even though it can be sent to the module and sysex is ok, according to MDM...

The inputs with and without precision rectifiers are different and so need different settings. It still appears to me that HighLevel is not set correctly at leas on the rim.
Set enable HighLevel Auto and hit the rim very hard a dozen of times. What HighLevel do you get?

Also, if you don't use pressroll notes you either must set Pressroll Note equal to Note or upgrade to the latest firmware version.
