megadrum malfunction

I've been trying to learning how to configure it with 75% success so far. But now it's malfunctioning. When I start to play, it works for around 30 seconds but then the snare stops working. Also tom 1 has just died completely. Pad and cable working fine and no config changes. Very strange. I've tried other pads and cables but the problem persists so I'd like to reset the megadrum to the factory settings if that's possible.

Yes, set Autoload Conf to No or power up with Right button pressed. I really suggest you to read through http://www.megadrum.info/content/megadrum-configuration - most questions you post have answers and explanations there.
