Any import duty shipping MD into the U.S.?

Anyone that has purchased a Megadrum from Dmitri and had it shipped into the U.S., if you don't mind could you share with me whether you had to pay an import duty and if so how much?
I'm thinking of purchasing MD along with some new black mesh heads from 682drums (I'd be interested in whether anyone had to pay a duty importing mesh heads into the U.S. from the Netherlands too).

Can't really help you but I know guys that recently bought a midi fader and going from US to GB, the tax was fairly heavy (£40?) going the other way IDK.
