1. Settings labels in blue means settings are not in sync between MDMFX and MegaDrum.
2. Is anything triggering with default settings and nothing plugged into the back of the module?

Yes, it makes playing it impossible , this has been an issue for sometime but has got worse over the last couple of weeks, i haven't ever really altered the settings on mdmfx because I don't really know what I'm doing, If you remember I couldn't even update my firmware( took me 2 weeks lol) when I follow the instructions for the inputs http://www.megadrum.info/forums/viewtop ... f=3&t=1392 they don't trigger the right pads , so the bass might be a hihat the snare will be ride bell, this is even after upgrading and in default

I'm not sure what you mean bit the input is supposed to be 2nd input on the left top line , you see I bought a megadrum because it was supposed to be plug and play with addictive drums . But.that hasn't been the case

Playing the kick have look, at MDM or MD at the note you have set for the kick. You can also confirm this in the midi log.
That will be the note that MD is sending.
As I understand you have to then map the notes in AD so as to match.
One of the 3 potential problems, drum in wrong socket, sending wrong note or AD receiving wrong note

If you see 8 VU meters active on the LCD like seen in your youtube video with default settings (MegaDrum is powered while keeping RIGHT button pressed) and nothing connected then you have a hardware malfunction. Please confirm that 8 VU meters active with default settings and if it is the case then PM to arrange a repair.
