MIDI notes assigned in MDManager FX transposed up 12 in BFD2

Hi all - this seems like it must be a simple fix but I've been looking for something to handle it and cant find it.

I'm using BFD2 standalone on my PC with MD being the MIDI device. I mapped the instruments to notes on the keyboard in BFD2 while assigning the Pads to the same values for each piece. But even after Send All in MDManager FX, when I switch to BFD2 and start playing, all the MIDI note values are +12 for the ones I set up in the device.

With DAW software and MIDI tracks, it's an easy matter of either using the DAWs real time transposition function or record then transpose afterwards. But I want to be able to hear myself playing and potentially use the rig in smaller gigs - which means this is a pain to deal with right now. I dont want to have to manually set all my pads note values down 12 - wondering if anyone knows of a quick method to handle this?

There is a setting in MDM, somewhere. Next to latency?

Did you find a solution? I have a similar problem with BFD3.
