USB Driver Issue - Windows 10 Pro

I have plugged in my module in via USB for the first time and get error USB device not recognised.

In device manager it says 'Device Descriptor Request Failed'.
I tried in bootloader also, same issue.

Tried with Windows 10 laptop, again same issue.

Any ideas on how to fix?

Just to update... Tried to plug module in via USB midi interface... Couldn't get that working so plugged module back in via USB... Now working!?!

Not sure why / what was wrong before but seems happy now
