At the moment polarity of the piezos is not important.
On the cable the common wires are still not connected to shielding wire.
On the socket the wiring again is not correct. Head should go to a tip and rim should go to a ring. Plus on this picture of the socket it is not clear where the ring and sleeve connectors are.
