Yeah. I´m the Über-amateur :lol: Didn´t help in the moment because I was too angry at me that I forgot the multimeter. That, and I did not know the rotary encoder was so simple to find out by myself. Lesson learned: cool down, go to sleep, try another day. And RTFM :mrgreen:.

I think I have finished building out my acoustic to electronic kit for the time being. The ride and hi-hat are Yamaha 3 zone. The crashes are all built from $12 Pintech practice cymbals with goedrums prewired piezos and mryk membrane switches for choke. The hi-hat also uses the project boxes I used for the cymbals (Polycase) for the hall effect sensor and TRS jack. Each shell in this Ludwig Accent Combo kit has a UFO Drums 3 ply mesh head, ebridge piezo unit and rim protector. The USB hub, laptop power adapter and Behringer UMC202HD are zip tied underneath an On-Stage MSA 5000 mic stand laptop attachment which is attached to a Pyle laptop stand with a Gator Frameworks Microphone Clip Quick Relase Stand Attachment (GFW-MIC-QRTOP). The MegaDrum is connected to the Pyle laptop stand with a zip tie.

Hi, I finished my Megadrum today. It's been really easy thanks to Dmitri and Synthex for the fabulous All-in-one PCB and the usb midi.
I got some help making the pcb's for the jacks from a friend. (Tack Marcus!)

STM32 is only available in kits and module. MegaDrum firmware is not opensource but MegaDrumManagerFX is opensource.

I'm new here. Looking to get into using megadrum.

Where did you get those pads from?

Let me know if you need clarifications ;)

BTW, here are some more pics:

These have an Everson emblem, who is actually a forum member here and at vdrums.com. These appear to be an acoustic to electric conversion where an acoustic shell is cut in half, a mesh head installed and a trigger installed, as can be seen here;
