Help with pad connector pinout numbers

I have the STM32F205RCT6 board and it seems like the pcb layout in the instruction manual seems to line up with the board from the back, however the numbers on the board don't match the pdf in either orientation. Does it even matter, as long as I get the proper ground pin?

You look at the old Manual. In the current Manual it is:
