SysEx chain ID problem

Postby Renzback » Wed Mar 09, 2022 4:16 am

Hello!

Whenever I turn my MegaDrum module on, the module is set with the SysEx Chain ID = 255… This is weird, as you are not supposed to go over 127 in the first place… I always have to manually set it back to zero on the module itself so it can communicate with the Megadrum Manager FX… Any hint how I can store value zero permanently in the module? I can’t seem to find a way even though I wait a few seconds before changing pages, until the module says “config saved”. Not very important but a bit annoying…

Thanks in advance if you have the answer!
Cheers!
Renaud

PS: I just saw there is a recent firmware update, I’ll try that in the next few days.

Set Autoload Conf to 'Yes' (in the module's menu)
If it ain't broken... fix it until it is.

Hi
Thanks for the hint. I already have this setting active. I will try and update the firmware over the weekend.
