I am currently building my "very amaturish" home made pads for my megadrum. Whilst not pretty, they work so far (I am not actually a drummer as such so a real drummer may not think they feel right but I dont know any better

Anyway, my question regarding multi zone cymabals is this.
I bagan making a design for a multi zone cymbal without much reasearch (merely noting threds like this one that talks about megadrum support). However I now realize that it may be pointless for me, as the software I use probably does not support this, namely ezdrummer, and session drummer 2.
Could someone just confirm for me that I would need different software to support multi zone cymbals.. (if so, I'll probably just use my cymbal to trigger three different cymbals rather than zones...... if it works that is..

Edit: - Oooops.. thought I read the manual before, but clearly missed that ezdrummer does support multi zones.. sorry.
