Updating hex file via usb

is there a way to update the megadrum hex file using usb?

With a bootloader yes, there is.

One thing is for sure this is very unstable. I keep loosing my usb connection. any ideas?
I am getting the windows error " A device connection has malfuntioned. click here for more details." I was excited about this but now I am having second thoughts. And really i am not getting much help on the matter.
