UPDATE

I'm happy to inform that my MD is ready
But of course not everything can be smooth, once I got everything in the case, I made a last test before closing it, and bam, the first 6 channels would trigger like crazy without anything connected. Made a few measures with the multimeter and found that pin 2 of the inputs connector was missing the ground signal. Re-soldered that pin again and everything went back to normal.. I almost had a heart attack with this issue

My heart attack is back
My megadrum is failing again, same problem as before, I have activity without the ide cable connected. I checked a little but couldn't find any short.
Besides the obvious things like shorts, where should I look with my issue? Remember, I get activity in the first channels, they go like crazy (insane drummer, if you ask me hehe)

What is the resistance between pin 40 of Atmega and ground?

I read 4.7k between pin 40 and ground

Could it be an issue with the first multiplexer? I'm using 4851s. I plugged my pads on other inputs and they work fine.
Screenshot of my issue follows, as you can see, only the first 8 channels are affected, they trigger like crazy, without the ide cable plugged.

You can check short circuit on trace between the pin 40 of atmega and the pin 3 of the first multiplexer.
you can do a test by replacing the first multiplexer by an other one.
