Repairing traces before etching

Postby jman 31 » Fri Feb 06, 2009 11:57 pm

I have finally, after several trys, gotten a v2.5 ready to etch. I do however have 3 traces that have some of the plastic toner missing, maybe 3-4 mm. Is there anything better than a sharpie marker to repair these traces? Every time I use the sharpie, it seems to erode quickly in the etchant.

Thanks

A fine line sharpie works just fine.
Draw your lines carefully to avoid shorts, Believe me I know :)
