Cable to connect Megadrum32 Analogue board to Jacks Board

Would this work if the 40 pin IDC cable coming off the Jacks Boards was rearranged in the following order and then the header was crimped onto the end that connects to the analogue board? I guessed with the hihat pedal and hihat connectors so please let me know if this looks good. Also, is it even possible to separate, then line the wires back up into a flat cable inorder to sucessfully crimp the header on? (i assigned bow/head=tip and edge/rim=ring)

Of course you can do this. The only important thing is that you rearrange the wires correctly.
