Help. Cannot upload firmware via bootloader.

I build 2.8 kit...... but I is not working.....

Problem is:

If I conet megadrum to PC I have see Megadrum MIDI..... but is not posible to upload firmware.....

second problem is strange led lighing after to using USB power. External power is working well

I thinking about wrong PIC18F2550...

Can I upload firmware other way?????

How do you try to upload a firmware? Describe it step-by-step with smallest details.

I did try to upload with MCT...... But nothing do........I did push down button after this yes button on uploader and start lighting midi led and On The LCD is: Fw Updater 16 MHZ send Syssex now..... Thats all nothing do more

Atmega32 works : You can navigate on bootloder menu.

But the firmware has been erased.
