The wiring needs to be ran through the tubes, would look clean. That kit also screams Blue Man Group to me. :P

ok ... heres mine ... need only to mount the buttons, repaint once more, polish it and make a front panel with logo... then goin' to make some pads and stuff :)

This is my Megadrum.

The housing is original from an old printer-switch that I have reused for a SCSI hardisk for my sampler some years ago.
Now it has found its final destination :P

Hancrafted. I drew the design and my boyfriend built it (he's a carpenter).
It's 100% mapple wood!
I wanted my MD to be in a small and compact enclosure, but I have to admit, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! The hole for the USB slot was a pain in the ass to build correctly (same thing for the LCD that is protected with an extra plastic plate) and of course a separate board for the jacks would have been very helpfull! But in the end, even though it took long to build, it looks nice.
