Synthex,

Are you telling me that you are sending out kits that do not work with the current version (v1.5) of the MCT?

Kits works with MCT v1.5.

Only the firmware update doesn't work yet, but Elrules must publish a new version in the coming days ...

In midi-ox when I send the 90306 file I see that the first line is like this:

F0 7F 40 0A does this mean anything?

What was your Fix?

Since I don't know what you mean I would have to say NO.

In the Atmega I sent to ypu, I use the new bootloader with a kind of protection from accidental MegaDrum firmware erasure.
Please read this post.

So are you saying that I could not have accidentally erased the Firmware?

Is "F0 7F 41 F7" the same as "F0 7F 40 0A" ?

No, it's not, I'm just telling you what my file has.

while grasping at straws I modified the first line of the sysex file and changed it to F0 7F 41 F7, sent the file and the MD said
Erased, which in my eyes as bad as that sounds at least verifies that the Midi-Ox is certainly communicating with my MD
