Megadrum config tool has done strange things..

My megadrum (bought from dmitri, thanks again btw) was working fine, I had all the defaults left on, but they did the job. I plugged it into my laptop to use the config tool to fiddle with the settings and it has gone a little funny.
The hi hat settings have been untouched but the rest of them all look like this:


It also plays a constant note
Im stumped so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

The firmware seems corrupted probably due to my oversight. Please follow this http://www.megadrum.info/content/progra ... m_firmware to update the firmware. You must use MIDIO-OX for now to do the update since MCT doesn't yet support bootloader with protection against accidental firmware erasure.
