PCB Dimensions for Synthex all in one, Input jacks boards?

Hi all, while waiting for my order from synthex, I'm trying to order all of the items I need to build.
Can anyone give dimensions on the Input Jacks board, so I can order copper clad board?
Also would be helpful to have size of all-in-one board, so I can source, or design, my enclosure.
