Honestly, I don't get what you meant by "the worst behind us"?

Ok ;) ... I a french guy and i use sometimes "Google translator" to translate sentences ...
French expression translated into English does not want to say anything

I mean that most of the work is done, and I believe that this analog PCB is a good value !

Great job! It would be nice to find a source of 74S1053 here in Europe without of penalty of delivery charge from US. Or everything has to be ordered from Mouser (and they stock Atmega324, btw, and it's cheaper and faster than Atmega32 at that)

http://www.ariston.es/esp/catalogoConsu ... ar=74S1053

You can buy that diode bus in Spain. The shipping costs are less.

I am going to order some. If you want me to send some to you let me know

How about us who only have 22 inputs? Any schematic for that?

Boy, these changes to MegaDrum do come by fast, I don't know if I can ever keep up to you guys, hehe :D

I will design a new analog PCB for the 22 inputs.
I will design a new digital PCB with Atmega32, 18F2550 and Midi on the same board too.
They will be the same size and can be mounted one above the other :D

No worries, each with its own rhythm ;)
